Happy Easter to you all.
Here are a few tips that have come up that via the threads that have come up and hopefully will help some of you still having trouble.

-if you cant get the player tracker edit window to pop up by clicking “Edit List”, you can go here: http://www.mlb.com/mlb/fantasy/player_tracker/y2007/roster_management.jsp

just make sure you’re logged in with the same user you use to login to mosaic.

-Some users have had some luck tuning TCP parameters on your machine. Here’s a link to a tutorial and application that has helped: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/578

-There isnt a way (yet) to select different audio feeds, but the plumbing is in place in the application, and we do know how neat it would be to listen to alternate audio for a game – so stay tuned.

-For clarification, “virtual” midnight in MLB is 11am eastern time, from the perspective of the site. This means that everything rolls over to the next day at 11am eastern. I got a few emails early this morning asking about why todays games weren’t in the mosaic – this is why.

Hope you all have a great easter if you’re celebrating, or enjoy the weekend otherwise. I’m working today on getting back to those that I or our tech team haven’t gotten to yet who have emailed today, and the team is focused on additional bug fixes and stability increases, as well as updates to the application.

    This is 6th time I have posted this without a response.

    I have a “slow motion” effect on the 4/6 screen with very choppy audio at all speeds.

    I have updated my video drivers as per another thread.

    Is this my pc or is this the same for everyone.

    And are the coming soon features days, or months away. I am very anxious for those. And that is why I am concerned that the 4/6 screens do not work

    Some of us? How about a ‘TON’ of us! How bout the 25-30 posts in initialization blog that are experiencing the same error msg, and no one has responded to them now going on 6 days?

    You are all busy advising those that have got their systems up, and have not responded at all to the paying customers who are NOT experiencing “MLB Mosaic”. It is not a ‘unique’ problem at all but universal?

    I can watch the 4/6 screen without choppy audio on all speeds. It buffers a lot at top quality but the first two work fine all around.

    Just lettin ya know cause you were wondering if it was the same for all

    I downloaded mosaic 3-29-07…was working poorly I must say…but now I can’t even get it to open… I deleted the shortcut and tried to unistall the program…to download it again but I can’t even remove the program…I have windows xp…also have a router…please help

    I am having the same choppy audio/slow video problem on my computer. However, I downloaded and tried out Mosaic on a friend’s computer that is top of the line and it works great. I am beginning to think that mid and high quality feeds wont work with a 128 video card, you may need 256.

    The video is clear and smooth. No chopping. That said, I have a fairly new pc and a 10Mbps cable internet connection

    I have no idea where to post this, but I purchased the monthly package, and after trying it I’m glad I purchased it since it rarely if ever works properly. I have purchased the Extra Innings cable package instead. I’ve sent four email’s to customer service (make it lack thereof) and have yet to receive a response. Is anyone there and will anyone answer an email?

    Hey Justin,
    Just wanted to say the mosaic works perfectly for me (I am in Austria). Just one thing if you can ditch the window resize on the edit player popup window. Make it full screen so that all other browser windows open normally after that. The small size is made the default in XP. And please hide the related links highlights in the webplayer. It spoils the replays. If there is a webplayer blog or feedback email please tell me the links. thanks for everything!

    csherwood, my both my PC and my laptop are running the Mosaic fine with 64mg video cards. I don’t think you need bigger.

    A 128 MB video card is sufficient as long as it provides hardware support for DirectX 9.

    Generally speaking, most of the buffering issues that we’ve seen lately have been due to inconsistent bandwidth, blocked ports, older video hardware, or insufficient free memory. I’ll contact you with instructions on how to providing us with a diagnostics log.
