It’s come to my attention that apparently there has been some emailing going on that attempts to impersonate MLB Customer Support staff and me. To that end, please don’t give your password to anyone, unless you’ve called into MLB.com Customer Support. Also, I’ve been emailing with a bunch of you, and for reference, you can see my email address here. If you get one from someone claiming to be me or anyone on our team, and its not from mlb.com, ensequence.com, or swarmcast.com, it’s definitely not us or anyone on our product team – so please ignore them. We’re trying to focus on fixing bugs and getting those of you still having trouble up and running smoothly, and we all appreciate your contributions towards making this as efficient an experience as possible.

    Still having same problem with Mosaic: either all blank screens or screens filled in with play for minute or two and then buffering begins and everthing freezes. I have given up and asked for a refund.
    This is absurd- offering a product when all bugs are not ironed out.I appreciate your hard work and those of customer support. MLB has taken the money but not hired enough staff to address the problems or complaint issues. The wait is prohibitive and nothing gets fixed.

    I’m not sure this is the right place to post this, but I hope I can be helped. Today Mosaic has been buffering just about non stop. It hasn’t gone more then 2 minutes without it happening. On opening day it was like this, but it has been great for me since. Is there something I can do to correct this?

    ruhikuz, where are you located, and what type of connection are you on. which streams are buffering, the single games or the 6 game view? is normal mlb.tv working well for you?

    I’m in NY. I have Road Runner and when I do the speed test I get over 8K kb/sec. The buffering problem is happeing in the 6 game view. When I go to the single game it has been giving connection errors but after a bit it will connect at the 700k (682 is what it shows)… If I watch a single game at 700K by using the multimedia guide there are no problems at all.

    Up till today it has been smooth for me (aside from some sync problems and early alerts).

    I have tried all 3… it is only doing it in the 1960kb/sec view. I am using the 1350 atm. This is the first time I have had to use the lower quality level. Maybe it is just a logjam somewhere on my system it’s just odd since it just started today.

    Ruhikuz, I had that same issue for a short time myself today…like you for the first time. I had baseball streaming on 2 PC’s and a friend had the Masters streaming on another. I think it was a logjam, as it cleared up once the golf was off..LOL

    Hopefully tomorrow will be good for you..:)

    I am a Premium Member, and I am having problems in the Mosaic Multi-Screen Mode. I’m only receiving the baseball channels on the multiple screen view. All the the other screens do not show any live games, they are just blank. The first time I installed the Mosaic download, it worked fine the first day, now a week later it doesn’t work anymore. It only worked the first day. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still has the same problem. Is this a common problem?

    FOr the last two nights I have had problems with the MLB.TV software. It will not allow me to watc h any games and continues to say I am log on to another computer. That is BS.
    I am beyond irritated right now. I re-installed the stupid software and nothing. Last night re-installed my Flip 4 MAC. This is unacceptable and anyone who asks me about your service and software I would have to advise them n ot to spend the money for this product.

    I also have un-installed this crappy program. It has never worked correctly and my system dwarfs the requirements to run it. The only reason I am not truly pissed is that I bought the MLB package for the sole purpose of watching the yanks from NC and the 700 stream is just fine, thank you very much. As for this mosaic scam,I hope you guys figure it out some day.

    Been running everything that MLBTV offers since the beginning of the season and have never had even one single problem running it. Upgrade your computers and stop thw whining. It works just fine if you have a pc with the guts to get it done.
